not at all meandO.. please don't think that.. you never bring me down x time sure does fly.. there is no doubt on that.. and a year from now i know i'll be doing a lot better in terms of getting rid of these 2 debts that are causing me so much grief due to interest (btw, natwest again wrote to me refusing any leeway on that). PPI might come soon but i have an awful feeling it will disappoint me.. or worse still they say i am not due anything. i am in the kind of mindset where it feels like everyone else is having a whale of a time (i know it isn't true) and has spare money etc and somehow my life looks like a patch of abstract grey nothingness. x

Rubbish, you have helped so many on this forum yourself Levi, me included. You are worth every drop of kindness and encouragement, don't go telling yourself otherwise (or you'll have us to deal with - you don't want that, ask my last kickboxing instructor... Let's just say he wishes he was taller and was glad he had kids already :o)

It seems lots of us are very good at giving advice, support and love, but pretty crap at taking it. Take some love boy! All these gorgeous women are falling over themselves to try and make you smile! Lol! :rotfl:

    Lots of love honeybunch xx

Is the hefty bill one that can be put onto a card temporarily? I know you busted a fair chunk off the debt this month and last month too... but so many people choose to stay in debt a bit longer and build an emergency fund for just such an occasion because they feel it defeats the object of paying off the debt only to bang a new washing machine right onto the card again because they had no money to cover it. I think that is personally in the mind of the person involved and I frankly would rather keep knocking off the debt, and then possibly have to re-use credit in order to cover unexpected spends... It probably saves interest too, because you're paying off the debt before the disaster happens so you get 52 days grace on anything new you add onto the card interest-wise.

Is it bigger than the leeway you have on the cards? Can it be paid off by card even or does it have to be cash?

See... look.. you said it, and it isn't so bad hun. It is something multiple peoples brains can work on problem solving, instead of going around and around inside yours... :heart2:

Seriously, if you and LL ever need a break, there's plenty of room here, a playmate ready and willing in O, stunning scenery and beaches and tea and cake and red aplenty! Lol

If it is landlord related Levi, would your landlord let you spread it over a few months?

Erm, you know Lilty's coming too mind, yes? It's not one of *those* holidays...

    Dammit.

    Lol.:rotfl:

As for the bill, could your brother help you out? I know you've struggled to broach the subject with him before but I'm sure he wouldn't want you under so much stress and worry if he knew.
