Ebay gave me returns label, item has gone missing and they say its my fault

If you get someone in the UK/Ireland they may be more helpful but you need to stress the responsibility of the parcel is eBay's.
How much was the order?
Ebay have changed their systems yet again recently so its harder to get in contact with them and I keep checking the times they claim to be open to have them say they are closed so they are just playing games as even when I get through to the they just tell me I have to prove item was sent.0 -
If its an RM number then its 2 letters,10 numbers and the country code GB.
Does your tracking number have that?0 -
