put a link on here - they may get lots of interest....
  • I'd rather they get no interest at all!

Guess what... the house has gone back on the market within days for exactly the same amount it went on for in the first place with the same estate agent
    .....
This is borderline fraud or is the vendor/EA a bunch of professional time wasters?

Or a glitch on the EA computers resulting in it showing up for sale when it isn't? This happened to me when I bought my flat, it reappeared as for sale after I had had my offer accepted - cue much panic thinking that the vendor had changed their mind and decided to try again for the full amount. It was a computer glitch, apparently.

The cynic in me does wonder how convenient it is for EA's computers to regularly glitch up in this way to make their books look fuller than they really are.....

You could always warn potential buyers, by putting a link and details. I'm pretty sure a lot of people Google the address many a times (I certainly did!) and they can have a read of this before commiting.

How about this - and cheaper!http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-32148312.html

Vendor may have done you a favour and you will absorb the current fees in the reduced asking price. Looks better imo.

I know I got caught by the very same one! Very nice house but unfortunately out of my price range.

I've been for a viewing on the second link but unfortunately it wasn't for me. The bedroom layout is very unorthodox.

Bless you for looking for me though!

yeah, thats a personal hate of mine, call it a 3 bed, when its only got 2 upstairs rooms (2 doors off the landing)!

I mean, can put a curtain across the middle of the front bedroom, and call it a 4 bed!?!?
