Contact your debit card issuer and request a "charge-back" on the basis that you paid for a service that was not provided.
I don't think charge backs are permitted two years later.

I rented a car from them which was damaged on all sides. Then they charged me for damage which was already there. I had the car for one day and had the car parked in my driveway.
There are three actions you can take to prevent this in future.

    1) Buy stand along car hire excess insurance which tends to cost around £2 a day.

    2) Film the car, ideally in sight of car hire staff, walking around it, including wheel arches etc. Do this at both collection and return. Retain both videos for at least six months.

    3) Maje sure you only sign the damage form on collection of it shows all the damage on the car.
Now I had a call from my credit card company that my card has been used fraudulently online. I hardly use this one and the last time I used it was with easirent!

You are right of course (I think the limit is six months). I was responding to the OP, who suggested that the problem was fairly recent.
