Flight Compensation Air India.

Hello,


My Family and I went on a holiday to India in December 2014 and our flight was delayed by Air India for 2 days. We used the template on the Money Saving website to make a claim and I have heard nothing further from Air India other than a phone call after the 30 day period to inform me someone was looking into it.


I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but no one ever picks up the phone there, its really bad service. I even tried to contact the UK regional manager and no one picks up there either.


I wanted to know what I can actually do to push this forward, can anyone help me.
