Anyone used Bestforeignexchange.com delivery service?

Hi

I'm thinking of locking in my Japanese Yen rate by changing money now given the strong exchange rate. Anyone used bestforeignexchange.com delivery service? They seem to have the best rates and branches in London but just a bit sceptical of transferring money via bank transfer.

I am using them for last 4 years.
Their service is very good and prompt, Always very competitive rates and you can see people queuing in front of their shops. But they request some documents such as billing proof and ID even for a smaller amount (by post)

I'm suspicious of bestforeignexchange.com as they demand an image of either my passport or a driving licence..Why do they want these as I know of no other dealer who does. I've used No1currency instead

I've used them many times over the last few years with no problems whatsoever.

They've never delivered as quick as they say, though, but usually within 3 or 4 days.
