PCN Colindale Retail Park

Hi,
Need some advice.
Got a Parking charge notice yesterday on my motorcycle for not being "parked within correctly within the markings of bay or space".
For starters it was a Sundsy morning at 06:55. No shops in the area open until 11:00
I wasnt there longer than the two hours allowed. A lot less in fact.
The bay.
An end bay separated by a white line ending in the T shape so one would assume that it indicates a bay on both sides. This is the same layout throughout the car park.
The other bay marking does not exist. It is a wall. It is an odd shaped bay as the wall is diagonal yet a car will fit in there no problem and I have seen it many a time.
The rules on their sign is that I am parking within the marked bays. So the right hand side is the white T and the left boundary is the wall.
I think this is the biggest con ever.
What if like to know is
A) do I appeal it and if so the best way
shall I ignore it completely
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you in advance.
Jake

if private, who is the PPC ?
have you read the NEWBIES sticky thread ?
that sticky thread tells you about appealing private parking invoices , usually after the NTK arrives0 -
Private.
UKPC
Haven't read the The newbies. Will do.
NTK?0 -
acronyms are explained in the NEWBIES thread, the one you havent read
so you follow the same path as this example last year
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4990854
wait for NTK
appeal to UKPC
if that fails , appeal to popla0
