    So is that PILON or garden leave with the permission to get another job if they will employ that condition(still employed elsewhere).

    Don't know.

    Why would you seek permission of your current employer if you were fulfilling all your obligations to them (effectively none if you have been granted gardening leave)?

    Because if you are on gardening leave you are not normally allowed to go to another job within the hours of your normal contract
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked

    I am confused what the "win" is here.

    the complaint was not getting 1 month work, 2 month PILON has that happened or not?

    Yes. But the starting point is end January. so February was worked and 2 months pay will be forthcoming. I'm not sure if it will be on pay days or as a lump sum.

    Not sure if it is PILON or gardening notice, but this may not matter in practice.
