I haven't got mine either, if the 21st arrives and there's still nothing I'll go to my local branch and ask...

The T&Cs say the £10 will be paid between the 10th and 31st of the month following the payment, so if you paid into the ISA in March then HSBC have until the end of April to credit the £10. I've not had my £10 yet but I'm not worried.

I cannot upgrade my Bank Account to an Advance Account for another 6 weeks (as you must have paid in £1750 for 3 consecutive months).

Does anyone know if I open the ISA now, can I start receiving the £10 payments once my account is switched to an Advance Account, or must I open the ISA after my account has been converted?

    Thanks.

received my letter today to say I qualify for the offer, I funded the isa with £300, on the 2nd of March, still not had the April payment but like others have said, (and the letter) its says they credit it between the 10th - 31st so Im not worried,

V.Lucky has got theirs and they paid into account on the 1st March so Im hoping I'm next in the queue as I funded the account the day later...

Why would you want to tie up £300 when you can do 12 payments of £25 by standing order for the same incentive?

I funded the ISA with the £300 and not the £25 on the 2nd of March so I can then fund into the save to buy isa as you can't have both a cash isa and STB Isa in the same tax year, If I had done the £25, It would count as a deposit in 2015/2016 tax year and thus makes me eligible for the STB Isa, also its easier to fund with £300 and then let HSBC just fund the account each month without the fear of forgetting to fund the ISA and miss out on the incentive....
