By mistake transfered money to other credit card? Solution ?

Hi , it is sound very silly but this is what happened :

When filling form for Amazon Master card I did not understand correctly what I am asked and filled detailes of my other credit card with the limit that I have there .
It seems that they have been asking me where do I want to transfer money to other credit card ..;-( not with this words ...
There is 0% transfer for some months but there is 3% handling fee . I told them ( when I have got the invoice ) that there is a mistake but they told me to speak with other credit card service .

My question is : Is there way to put back the money or to get them from there without paying some fees ..?

Thanks and I tried to find the answer with search but could not find similar problem , I hope I do not repeat some post ..

I think they can recall a balance transfer, I would go back and ask again probably through their complaints department. James

Why the complaints department? It isnt the credit cards fault if they acted in accordance with the transfer request!! If you dont understand something then you should ask!

Because complaint are set-up in such a way that they can deal will all types of problems and know the best person to fix them, whereas it might take a while to find and get through to the department that would issue the recall by calling customer services and asking them, on the other hand they might be very clued up and do it straight away. I have just generally noticed that making a complaint causes it to get logged and actioned, and someone is responsible for seeing it through to the end within a specific time frame regardless of who made the error, and if you send it to the CEO first it work far faster also as thing get fixed quicker when they come from the top down as the manager above is always looking for a resolution to report to their manager. I am not sure about the transfer fee, I imagine you will have to pay another as it was your error I'm afraid, but you can always ask or it could be when they reverse the transfer they might have to reverse the fee as well as they go "hand in hand&"James

I agree with smithja ,Write to complaints about your mistake and normally they should reverse the transaction by way of recall. then politely ask for charges to be reversed as it was a mistake and they may, though it depends on who is on the other side. if the first one say no then call after 4-5 days and try again they may.
I normally do not get bank charges as i am careful with my accounts but has happened twice by oversight in the last 5 years on 2 different accounts and they have reversed it as a good will gesture as it has never happened before. play the innocent customer who made a genuine mistake!!

    Thank you .

I will receive cheque its just left the handling fee . I will try to talk to them .
Thank you for giving me better idea about dealing with banks as a general and in this particular case .
Actually it was really genuine mistake because for some reason I thought they asked me do I have other credit cards and what is their limit ( I think was written credit .. ) .
I am afraid I had and still have not very good understanding about terminology in banking area maybe because English is not my ' mother language ' and I never work with anything near . This is just to explain why this was happened .

Thanks all of you and wish you good luck and good friends around you !
