PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Hi there,
I've opened the thread for you. Not sure why it was closed but it was probably due to the fact that it hadn't been posted on in a long time. Maybe update it occasionally?
Thanks
Can I trouble you to do the same with this one too?

As regular posters will know, I have my down days, and though bouicca21 kindly describes me as 'patient', that patience occassionally snaps - not a trait that's helpful for a Mod!
My occasional degeneration into sarcasm would also not make me a good Mod - I'm happy as I am.0 -

G_M much as something in me hates to join the fan throng.., I have to lol. Your advice is thorough and unfortunately often (patiently) repeated.
And I agree, when you do finally break out of this patience.., it is well worth waiting for and very deserved.
I am going to find a nice corner to hide in now.
<Pops head up again> OK, can't resist it.., does the G_M blush I wonder?0 -
Depends what I saw you doing in the corner...0

G_M I am disappointed in the unfounded imagination you have revealed :P0

No, no, an imagination couoled with knowledge and patience just makes GM more awesome.0

I've also discovered there's a limit on the number of characters in a post (and reached it in the 'advice to new LLs post' which is frustrating when people suggest additions....).
Luckily this isn't twitter......:shhh:0
