HELP! Cancelling an instore contract Carphone Warehouse EE

Hi, I signed up to a new contract instore in Carphone warehouse on Saturday with EE.
When i called Vodafone to cancel my existing contract they gave me a much better offer. Stupid me for not checking first!!
Vodafone insist I have 7 days to cancel my contract, when I called Carphone Warehouse they said they don't except returns.
I'm planning on going instore and arguing this evening but want to be sure what I'm arguing is correct.
Do I have the right to cancel?
My Carphone Warehouse invoices T&C's has the following clause


4.1. Without prejudice to our rights under Clause 1 above, if either party breaks the terms of these Conditions in any material way, the other party can terminate these Conditions by giving the other party 7 days’ written notice.

Have you visited https://selfhelp.carphonewarehouse.com/SelfHelp/request.do?forward=contactus and checked "Returns and exchanges" like your T&C suggest?

I think you don't have any right to cancel.

They are right, CPW do have the info regarding no change of mind on their website.
