I rang the buyer who said 4 of his relatives use the account and would find out which one bought it. He then called to say person didn't want it and wanted to cancel the order. I have let ebay know that the buyer hasn't paid and wants to cancel and they are waiting for him to verify it.

Regardless, if the whole Country used his account, It is the account holder that is 100% responsible for any transactions on his account

Absolutely....by all means let people use your account, but it is daft to have no idea what They are doing with it.

  • Ebay has confirmed yesterday that he agreed to cancel. How long does the sold figure stay in my balance? I don't want ebay deducting their auction fee.

Once it is cancelled the FVF is returned to you. The sold item remains visible for 90 days but you can manually archive it if you want.
