Are you allowed to let us know that free number?

I also got my voucher today - £75 which is what I expected. Love that smug feeling I get each time I save money :T

I used this free number today to ask if my quote had tracked...its 08082233333.

Having read the terrible reviews I'm tempted to cancel within the cooling off period.....

  • Signed up with Together Mutual at the end of last year for combined B&C insurance via the MSE link. I had gone through several comparison sites and TM was only £5 more expensive than my cheapest quote, so the lure of the £80 M&S voucher won me over. I found the online form easy to navigate and quick to fill in - pleasantly surprising! The cover they offered was also better than the cheapest comparison result.

£80 M&S voucher arrived a little ahead of schedule too, meaning that by February this year (when I was still feeling the pinch from Christmas) my insurance had cost the equivalent of £6 for the year!

Was so impressed that they delivered that I signed my grandmother up too (who otherwise would have been a victim of the dreaded auto-renew) - saving her over £200!

Hope I never have to make a claim, but if I do, I'll be sure to update y'all with their service.

  • I have found them very good indeed! great customer service and what I felt was competitive rates. I would certainly recommend them.
  • I bought buildings and contents insurance to start on 6th Jan 2016 when we moved into our new home. Was swayed by the decent priced premium and promise of an M&S voucher. Two days later, we had some pretty messy water damage in our house. Our excess was £250 for buildings and £50 for contents but the damage was looking to be more than this so we decided to claim. I really didn't think we'd get far. But after a phone call with a very sympathetic operator, we received step by step instructions and information on what would happen next (ie. Receiving a call and a visit from the inspector, then the builders etc). Everything went smoothly. I was pretty shocked as I assumed I'd be messed around

And my voucher arrived 4-8 weeks later. Bonus!

I plan on staying with them next year, so long as they are reasonably competitive. Good service is hard to come by!

Received an email on Saturday morning with my £75 voucher, spent it Saturday afternoon! Didn't have to chase it, was sent as promised.

    Hi,

Together Mutual offer seems really tempting.

Do you know if the £80 voucher has to be used in one big spend or can it be used over several different purchases?

    Thanks
  • Has anyone received there voucher yet??
  • When I selected that I live in a purpose-built block of flats then I could only choose to have contents insurance. The combined policy seems only for houses.
  • ...so I was able to use mine over several occasions!
