Ryanair will use CSS not individually changeable html pages.0

Well you obviously don't!
The HTML code for each page is downloaded via whatever method, onto your PC where it is executed.
You are saying that your wireless network allows it to work fine for one page but not another - illogical.
How can they fix a problem that only you seem to have?
The problem is on your PC. Have you cleared your cache? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

The entry fields are probably controlled via JavaScript, rather than (pure) HTML.
The site works fine here on XP. Maybe you have an add-on or setting that is blocking or altering page scripts. Or possible a corruption in your browser cache. Or a corrupt browser profile.0 -
As DCFC79 suggested just try a different browser.
I recently changed after many years of use from Firefox to Chrome. Much better. Chrome seems to be the best browser nowadays as confirmed by this recent article http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/the-best-browser-internet-explorer-vs-chrome-vs-firefox-vs-safari/0 -
Also changed from firefox after several years to chrome so agree with the above.
As for your issue, if you know how to disable firefox addons or run it in safe mode, do that, then if you have no problem it is one of your addons causing the issue.0 -
Firefox can automatically disable outdated addons (and does, often without saying so). Scripts are needed for many functionalities, although they can also be dangerous.
I use an addon that automatically disables all scripts, so I reenable what is necessary for particular sites.
Check the tools menu, an see if any of the Java addons (there are often more than one) need updating.0 -

I have tried various things without any useful result, other than that I can fill in the other insignificant box on the front page without a problem.
I will return to the thread when I can discover anything more.0 -
1. Are your cookies set to 'enabled'.
Check-tools/options/privacy, and select 'firefox will "remember history".
While there click on 'or remove individual cookies' and in the window opened see if you can see any relating to Ryanair. If there are, delete them and re-load the page.
2. Javascript is used so you may need to see if that is working on other sites.
You can see the relavent code by- right clicking on one of the date boxes and in the popup select 'inspect element (Q)'.
An extra partial window opens and if you scroll the left side you will see the javascript references.
To close the partial click the X above the heading 'box model'.
The site appears to work for me. My Firefox is version 35.0.1 on win XP.0 -
Thanks, Gopherm.
Fiddling with cookies makes no difference and the coding in the two boxes appears to be entirely different but does not appear to be comprehensible without appropriate knowledge.
I have now had a chance to do some tests.
Using a borrowed computer (Vista + Firefox) on my internet connection, the Ryanair front page fails to work. With that computer and its normal internet connection, the Ryanair front page works ((just).
Best connection I can find is wifi over satellite and the page still fails on my machine although it works on another laptop.0
