hi was on a delayed flight 28/07/2014 ref tom61111 from mahon to bristol which was delayed for over 7 hours , complained to thompson via reclaim letter was informed not valid due to extraordinary circumstances. has anyone else on this flight claimed and won,dont know who to complain to next any advise
