Morning all! Oh yay mhoc I'm so glad you found something. Sounds very stylish :D

I'm feeling pleased with meself this morning. Beat my personal best timing wise on my late night jump rope in the garden AND last night I think I spied a line on my leg/thigh where muscles are forming. Actual muscles! On my leg! :rotfl:

Anyway, better toddle off. What a beautiful day out :)

Quite often I scan the barcodes of the things I am getting for Shopotize cashback actually in store so I know I've got the right thing - Ive got it very wrong on a number of ocassions

I usually do this but had a grumpy boy in a pushchair and was carrying a basket too. I try to shop in the evenings once the kids are in bed but thought I'd pop in straight after school run as it is literally next door and I hoped they'd have restocked the flatbreads overnight  Have learnt my lesson though :o

I think we tend to miss these aisle-end locations that are generally very good for the supermarkets - people slow down as they turn their trolleys round the aisle and their eyes catch what look like good promotions. They are not always the best places for money-saving:rotfl:: instead, searching high and low in the aisles themselves can be a place for good items like that. However, they can sometimes be good places to look in rival supermarkets to find items that might be good on price promise schemes. If I miss items, it tends to be because they are at eye-level:rotfl:. "Most people's" eye-level that is:D:money::j (top money-saving to miss these sorts of profitable-for-the-store items - often branded cereals and expensive mbuy biscuits, although on this occasion the Crunchy Nut 375g is the exception, when bought with the cereal bars or Cadbury's Brunch).

I suspect Kellogg's are funding this promotion, and I suspect Coca Cola are funding one of the other A mbuys as well.

Can someone please tell me how after removing 3 black bin bags of crap from DD's room it still looks like a bomb has gone off in there?! Wishing I hadn't started now as I'm losing the will to live trying to finish off :o :rotfl:

So following on from opening the door this morning in my dressing gown to the coal man I was in the bathroom doing the necessaries when there was another bang on the door and this was the postman :o with my buzzagent kingfisher kit :j - some 50p MOCs and one for £1.05 - better than nothing, some naan breads and curry kit and a rather lovely kingfisher glass which OH might get for his birthday next week :D

Box was damaged but everything inside was fine.

The campaign does not start until Monday but I am hoping that youngest son might be here over the weekend so I can get his opinion :D

so many good ideas coming in about the forthcoming lake District trip I've now got the most convoluted google map :T and 2 days is not going to be enough.
