Oh dear - I have a problem:(. Entering my receipt and it keeps saying the receipt details not found. Definitely the right numbers and it's over 3 hours. Perhaps just the system stuck and try again later - fortunately it's not given the 'not enough items' message. Doesn't say the occasional 'wait until 6am' for me. So, no luck folks just yet.

This happened to me last week and someone suggested closing your browser and opening a new one, then trying again.

It then worked no problem.
