I just realised that I hadn't updated you about my Berry Bear

I got the call from vets with blood test results, it is pancreatitis but mild, found early on, so just need to slowly switch him to Chappie, which being low fat and low protein is perfect in this case, can use wet and dry, then more blood tests in about a month at which point scan might be needed, if he is any worse. His blood count was 279 when it should be 200 so they will hope for a reduction in that next month

I am so glad that my lovely vet immediately directed me to Chappie rather than trying to sell me overpriced veterinary prescription diet food!!! Very :money: of her :j

I have introduced the Chappie gradually to his normal food, and he is now on half Chappie Chicken wet and half Chappie Chicken Dry, and eating it well. I recently split their food into three meals a day so this is easier on his stomach too

So much better news than what it could be and hopeful for better news next month. Thanks for everyone's concern :A

    Done - yayy, success!

...Except that the flippin' Tic Tac Strawberry Fields that I bought have returned N/A vs M:(. Saw them on a womble comparing at the weekend but now they have gone N/A. So they've not picked them up. If only I had bought the Tic Tac Fresh Mint instead - saw them on a womble earlier tonight and they are comparing (although they bought three and got £1.00 vs £1.50 - shouldda bought two and one pack of wine gums:D). So, I got the Tic Tacs and Wine Gums for 33.3...p each:eek:, should have been about 23p each (and even that a bit high - Sains. were 37p on Tic Tacs a while back, M 50p each).

Oh well, lost 30p, not a complete success.

But - :D:Dthe Carrots are comparing vs M mbuy price (may change tomorrow as new price collection, sadly perhaps, due) - and comparing vs £1.23 rather than my £1.25:T:T. This is a glitch - M's are outside of the APG weight range: I feel the price collectors might well have recognised it as it's gone onto M mbuy - so no guarantees about it continuing to work unfortunately but I hope it does! So, rush out for the cereals and the carrots now....!!

Trigger for Frosties Bars and Cadbury Brunch: Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes 375g.
Trigger for Nestle Drifter: Fox's Rocky Mint 10 pack:).

Just to be aware - I found no Drifters, Aero Biscuits, Yorkie Biscuits or Toffee Crisp Biscuits at all in my main M store today. No stock at all - shelving completely full of other items (with SELs in right places) and the 77p items completely vanished (no evidence, no SELs)! However, I did find them in another store. But I don't know what this means - the Drifter is showing OOS on m.com as well (and possibly the others too). I got in tonight, based on the Monday collection (when they were in all my main stores). May be about to go N/A?
