    No, we had a smart meter installed 3 years ago (British Gas made us) and our boiler was replaced in 2011. It honestly makes no sense for it to all of sudden jump up by over £100 each month since December. :eek:

    I know it seems obvious but have you checked that your fixed price term hasn't come to an end? You may not have realised and they have moved you onto a standard tariff?
    Pan drawers in 2016 £1500 needed.

    she sounds lovely I bet she is a big softey, we grow up with 4 Saint Bernards mum used to show them , great big cuddly teddys:D:D
