It's unusual for me, catching up in the day time instead of early hours of the morning lol

    Allloooo :D

Rarely have time to post or even catch up here now as you all know due to work ect but looks like I will have abit time now for a little while.

Ive been off work all week cos ive ended up with a prolapsed disc :( thats the current diagnosis at the mo anyway. Had to get taken to A&E Sunday night, been drugged up to the eyeballs with all sorts of stuff. They were worried (as was i) at one point cos I couldn't move my legs but no spinal damage done thank good and im walking now with the aid of a zimmer and walking sticks

Its just ironic that I have time off but cant get out to glitch so im keeping fingers crossed for plenty of online glitches :rotfl: I cant sit for long so need to have slow walks around the house but I'll be around alot more than i have been  just wish it was under better circumstances :o

    .

Oh Neosi, my sympathies as I have suffered from back problems too. Take it easy but as you say, you have to keep moving about. Make sure you have a small cushion or rolled up towel behind the small of your back when sitting or lying down, to maintain the forward arch in your spine, and try ice for 15/20 mins at a time, then heat the same
The flavoured water is interesting though. They were 4 for £1.50 on A.com but I have only been charged 20p per bottle. They have come up on APG at their full price without the multi. It doesn't help though as they are mostly N/a against T or Lemon and Lime is cheaper. 20p for a 1L bottle is really cheap if you use them though. They must be RTC. :T:T

I saw some of the flavoured water in my store the other day reduced to 20p so can confirm that, I think they are changing the design of labels and flavours yet again

Thanks for all the info on cleaning items, I am picking up my third c&c shortly. Shame my local store doesn't do the 45 Dishwasher, but I am more than happy with flash gel and dettol sprays :j

I've voted, and will get friends to vote too TS

    Thanks just booked.

Just read the side effects of anti biotics

Nausea and vomiting and bloating. Def got those haven't had breakfast for almost a week

Not nice to go through at the time. I've been like this for a few weeks off and on with 4 courses of antibiotics. Couldn't face eating very much at all either.

Tried another attempt at catchup and I'm almost there :j

Chrisv, if you are around, thank you and you have a message :)

Off to watch Eastenders from last night. Didn't realise that there was 2 parts  only watched part 1

    See you later x

p.s. Neosi, hope you aren't in too much pain now, take things easy for a change x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

That's also store dependant, I have one ex netto where you go instore to collect it. I have another store where you park around the side and scan your order bar code or type in your order number into a machine and some one comes out to the car. The first time I went instore to the c&c desk and scanned my code only for the lady to come around to tell me I should be outside:o:o:o:o ooops:rotfl:

Thank you for the kind words :A, I'm not too bad atm, but have a long history of depression (and anxiety) so am trying to pre-empt it and draw the line earlier than I usually would due to my new responsibilities. I have been locking myself away a bit Mt2M, so will try to get out a bit more ;) HV booked for early next week so can discuss it then :) x
