When I went to Alicante last year from memory I wore:

    Bathers x 2

    bra x1
    strappy tops x 3
    tshirt x2
    cable knit jumper x 1
    leggins x 1
    cargo pants x1
    socks x 2
    trainers
    thin scarf x 1
    hat x1
    thin jacket x1

    in cargo pants pockets
    phone charger
    purse
    passport & tickets
    phone x 2
    keys

    kindle charger
    suntan lotion

I packed a carrier bag into hand luggage, went through security and stripped off most stuff in loo, put in carrier bag and took carrier bag and hand luggage on plane with me :D

Excellent, well done you!!!! Made me laugh so much.... I take my cap off to you. A great, savvy and fun way to begin a holiday!! :rotfl::T

They've now picked these up, but Morries mbuy (2 for £1.50) sadly not picked up on either of them. So, not 10% cheaper than Morries price at all!

    2 x Nestle Smarties Medium Egg (122g)£2.00£2.00
    2 x Nestle Rolo Egg (131g)£2.00£2.00

So, buy in Morries - surely that was not the aim of the PG? - but keep away from any comparison vs A:rotfl:.

    1 x Nescafe Original Coffee Granules (300g)£4.89£7.45:eek:
However, just a little reworking, in the other store, namely Morries, would have seen them pay a lot less than A's £4.89! The price of £7.45 is doubtless about right on the 300g jar in M. However, Nescafe Original Coffee Granules (200g plus 50% extra 'free' = 300g!:D) are at £3.99 in M, which is an excellent non-glitched price for Nescafe. The SELs say £2/kg, even on the 'extra free', but they are actually about £1.33/kg. On 'not very good' offers, the stores are at £2.50/kg - avoid! On 'normal' offers they are at £2/kg, on A's occasionally better offer they are £1.67/kg. £1.33/kg is one definitely to grab off the shelves (in M) if you need Nescafe Original and aren't waiting around for a glitch that might never come.

In one of my stores they just had a SEL for the straight 200g product, even though they had enough 200g+50% on the shelf. The yellow-bordered SEL stood out and was right underneath the straight plain 200g version, with everyday price on it, so people may have been very likely to have unwittingly picked up the 200g. (I think there is the true story of how a red "Shoplifters will be prosecuted" label saw the product immediately above it sell a lot more:rotfl::huh::D:D. I know, don't ask me: it's completely daft to me but this is how 'normal' people tend to be: they just see a red label and assume that that means a product on offer, without it seems even reading the label, and regardless of whether any offer, even when there is one, is good or not. As I've said before - to the point of boredom - they are just so wide open to being manipulated and I wish I could do this.) Normally these shoppers are beyond assistance, but I just moved the SEL along the shelf a bit, so it was directly underneath the 'ex. free' jars:D, hopefully people will pick up those now (or least I have the fornlorn hope that they might 'investigate' just a tiny bit - investigate? normal folks? no chance! - and discover that the 'extra free' jar might be much better and worth it:money:).

    These work vs M, fwiw:

    1 x ASDA Mild French Mustard (185g)£0.59£0.57
1 x Young's Gastro Basa Fillets Lightly Dusted with Sa...£1.89£1.99

I love sweet potatoes but they are so difficult to cut in comparison to ordinary ones. I stopped buying them because it hurts my hand to cut them up :o

    Evening all,
If you bake them like a jacket potato you avoid the difficult cutting and they are delicious.
Voted for tinyshoes dd, good luck
Well done tweets, I have a friend that lost that much and not only does she look amazing but it has improved her life no end.
