Off to bed soon.
Bit excited as at last after years of asking for oxygen to be prescribed for OH, it has finally happened, after yet another assessment yesterday. Will be getting some delivered tomorrow. Cant wait to see how much it helps him.
Goodnight gocat.
That is really good news. :T0 -
I voted again tinyshoes and it said I had already voted, so at least I know the first vote counted.
well done on the weight loss tweets. :j
Treated ourselves to the theatre tonight, saw Miss Saigon. Evening trains home are only every half hour, I told OH that we needed to rush because I had a survey on freezer bags that had to be completed by midnight! I think half a dozen freezer bags pales into insignificance compared to the ticket prices.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Hiya, just swinging by, hugs to all
Bit late, but here's my APG from Tuesday, apple and cinnamon are £1 in my store. I'm cutting down on my wheat intake so these are perfect for brekkie when I can't be bothered with porridge

Hi. Can you post the comp. vs M? In particular, wondering if the Salted Butter picked up cheaper M mbuy price and whether the Sweetcorn is cheaper in M or not; however whole comp. would be useful. TIA.0 -
As a newbie don't really know what I'm talking about but......
Noticed on HotDeals someone mentioned the Schweppes Lemonade 2l is 50p at A's, referring to getting it free on Shopitize.
MSM has the price as £1.29, 2 for £2.00. Would that work on a APG?
Ignore if this is a load of rubbish!
Yes for C&C/HD. Would also work instore only if getting the mbuy number, although that is slightly worse. APG amount not too good at the moment - as other places full price. Would have to be against Sainbobs if getting the mbuy as otherwise A is more than 10% cheaper.0 -
Evening all.
Had a wee evening round at my friends after work, had to keep my sensible head on though as I'm driving in the morning.
Hope we're all well x...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

And whether one pack would compare £1.98 to £1
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Chocolate_Biscuits/Nabisco_Chips_Ahoy_Cookies_Popcorn_Candy_Chip_168g.html
It doesn't
1 x Nabisco Chips Ahoy Cookies - Crispy Choco Caramel ... £0.40 £1.00
A better comparison for something I buy often
1 x ASDA Sweet Potatoes (1Kg) £1.15 £0.99
Not as good as the price on the APG on Monday this week:p. Gone up in price in M from 69p to 99p:eek:.
EDIT: If that Nabisco is £1.98 on msm then it should compare £1.98 vs £1 M on APG but only on C&C/HD shopping.
EDIT 2:TrulyMadly wrote: »I picked up a couple of wombles showing them as £2 for 2 and savvy wondered whether one would compare £1.98 v £1 as is showing on MSM
I only wondered that in the context of C&C/HD.
Instore, if there's mbuy online that is in the APG, it would be buy the mbuy number (presumably vs M or W, not available N.I.), although that's not as good. Buy 2 at 40p each then £2 vs £2 = 20p back.
C&C/HD: Buy 1 at 40p. Then £1.98 vs £1 = £1.08 back.0 -

Yes its good they have put that message there now.
Very jealous of your night out. :T0 -
Why on earth would he think that? That boy never pays enough attention to the detail
Unless he meant buy 1 on HD/CC and for 40p cost get £1.98v£1 APG return of £1.08
Was your £0.40 v £1 result from instore or HD/CC? (I did ask you that already)
:rotfl::rotfl:
Indeed, I meant exactly the above. And I even independently calculated the £1.08 figure before I now see your post:rotfl:.0 -

And what time do you call this on a work night. :eek:0 -
Savvybuyer wrote: »Shame as they are back to £1 in Morries this week so, you're telling me they're comparing to £1.99 each there? Is the other version of Chips Ahoy available at 40p instore and does that maybe pick up correct M offer price? Buy just one on CC for £1.98 A price. Presumably it's not picking up the W offer price of £1 either, as not yet updated?:(
So, two chances to pick up and both missed?:( They are £1 in M - I think they were from Monday so should have picked that up on the update that was done yesterday yet it has not. W on £1 but only just gone onto that price and not updated to the new price yet:(.
That was exactly what I'd said!:rotfl::)0
