That's insane  - it can't be cost effective for them to do it this way.

I know and coming down the M1 for 1st collection at 9, they will be travelling about 2 hrs in rush hr, crazy!

I've not found security to be the problem. They don't care how much luggage you have. It is the staff when you are boarding the plane who care how much luggage you have and get all huffy if you have more than your one small piece of baggage.

me neither, apart from Cardiff  who I have found to be extremely petty, however I will admit that it is a couple of years since I flew out of there so hopefully it's changed for the better :)

    Well done tweets :T

We wondered last night about the chips ahoy rubbish:rotfl:
And whether one pack would compare £1.98 to £1

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Chocolate_Biscuits/Nabisco_Chips_Ahoy_Cookies_Popcorn_Candy_Chip_168g.html

    It doesn't

    1 x Nabisco Chips Ahoy Cookies - Crispy Choco Caramel ... £0.40 £1.00

A better comparison for something I buy often

    1 x ASDA Sweet Potatoes (1Kg) £1.15 £0.99

I love sweet potatoes but they are so difficult to cut in comparison to ordinary ones. I stopped buying them because it hurts my hand to cut them up :o

    Vs T
6 x Snog Frozen Yogurt Berry Blue Acai Burst (140ml)£3.00£10.14:eek::eek:

It only compares vs T and, guess where? - W, which is price-matched to T and therefore charging way more on w.com than someone managed to get these in A for:
6 x Snog Frozen Yogurt Berry Blue Acai Burst (140ml)£3.00£10.14:eek:

This will not compare the other way - I notice msm says price is £1.50 each, but my shopper obviously managed to get some on reduction instore. That's an absolutely huge difference just for some yogurts - I have no idea therefore why anyone would ever buy them at more than 50p each.

    Also, vs T:
    2 x Ben & Jerry's Joy to the Swirled (500ml)£3.50£8.98

These were obviously on £1.75 each instore. They could have got them slightly cheaper by C&C/HD, since the msm price for A on these isn't 10% cheaper than T's full price £4.49:eek: - would be far better obviously though if T went onto 'half price'. Sadly it's not one that has an M price of 99p; it doesn't compare to anywhere other than vs T.
