Morning all
Had the most amazing double rainbow outside the windows this morning. Phone was dead so couldn't get a picture though. It's now pouring down and I'm thoroughly soaked after dropping DD at nursery.
Feeling the after effects of my workout last night.
Least I know I've put in enough effort if I'm sore today :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Good Morning:wave:
Raining here too. I was hoping to finish digging out one of my shrubs in the garden... I started it yesterday and was digging for hrs it seemed but it refused to budge:( I only need to relocate it around 1ft further back which seems a shame to try moving it. I'm hoping the rain may have loosened the soil around it today to make it easier. Then it's shrub number 2...
I do like a challenge:)
Have a lovely day what ever you are doing:)0 -
Good morning to you too and hope you are keeping well and I do worry about you on your bike rides;) in your condition but after seeing all the variety of bikes a couple of weeks back when visiting Grandson it certainly is the norm in Cambridge :T
Morning Nanny :hello:
It's defo the norm round here, quite often it's quicker to use your bike than to get in the car. Especially if your wanting to go down Newmarket road at tea time. It's always stupidly busy.
I always leave plenty of time to get where I'm going and take it slow and steady. No more piling my basket up and zooming around. I know my limits. I reckon I've got another month or so before I have to give up riding. My belly isn't getting in the way yet so I'm quite happy to carry on for now.
It's good exercise though, I had a lovely ride with lil stink yesterday. He's gonna be devastated when I have to start walking. He loves his bike bless him.
Would love to try and arrange a meet up with you when you pop to cambridge again. I'm gonna have time on my hands soon lol. XLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
I am sat here having a late brekkie and couldn't believe the familiar sound I was hearing;)I opened the French windows to check and I was right the lady next door employs a gardener and he is cutting the grass:eek:0
