Mix and match - MULLER SINGLES - 10 FOR £3, 36 items
Now, would buying 10 still match the 6 for £3 that's on msm currently

Sorry folks, my connection just fell off (not sure why) but glad to say I'm back online now.fairclaire wrote: »To make you all smile......
My shopping trip with DS2 today....
We went into the GAP outlet, where for years I get a 15% discount off my next trip by supplying them with an email address.
SA: Do we have your email address? you can save 15% on your next visit if you register for our newsletter.
Me: No...just took the pen to write my email down....
[1] DS2: Yes you have, we used the discount the last time you brought me here:o:o:o:o
Mountain warehouse......The SA was giving us some hard sell on various items half price today with any purchase
[2] DS2.....' No we don't want a half price lantern and no we don't want 10% off online for getting our receipt emailed to us. We just want this coat and we don't want to buy anything else':o:o:o
[4] Cadburys outlet......[3] 'Do you know these are 97p in Asda just now':o:o
Next outlet....SA asks if I have an online account. I don't but I said I did because I know they are plugging 20% off for you and a friend
DS2..' no you don't. You won't be ripped off by a company that tries to get you to feel special by calling you a VIP and making you dress your kids in the same clothes as half of the UK but these jeans are ok at £9':o:o
From now on I'm buying his clothes online......and that lot cost me a McDonald's

[2] Correct reply - at least he was firm and gave the SA short shrift:D:rotfl::rotfl:. At least he's saving money - rejecting things and refusing to go for special offers that end up just wasting/costing money.
[3] I do this as well, when I'm a rival store and sometimes think it when seeing people pick up certain items. Today it was the Cathedral City individual cheese in M (on Monday I witnessed the 50p Mint Classico on the shelf and someone pulling out about six:eek: other types of Classico at £1 each:eek::eek: - they obviously saw the £1 offer on those - although the 50p Cornettos, in that store, were on the next lower shelf down - I suspect the £1 ones were at normal people's eye level:D:rotfl:). Anyway, on the Cathedral, the 'cheaper' twinpack that ends up costing heavily vs Mr A, was OOS and the customer picked up a single pack saying that they'd got back to £4. (That's alright I thought - they're £1.97 in A and maybe get some Match points if you pick the right ones:rotfl:. And of course happen to be shopping for everything cheaper in A:rotfl::rotfl:.) So - the normal muggles do sometimes realise that they are paying over the odds, but sometimes (for them at least) it is of necessity.
[4] If it were the small single Cadbury's Creme Eggs that were being bought, you should have replied saying they were 9p recently on glitch from Mr A:rotfl:.0 -
Hi Savvy
Regarding the eggs the SA said as I approached the till that they were four per transaction. I duly split my shop into two separate transactions then she said it was four per customer and took 2 eggs off me! People were complaining about the lack of signage at the CS desk, May be because it was the first day of the offer and staff were confused? Used my match and more card so will try it again tomorrow and also ask at the customer service desk is it per transaction or customer.0 -

Probably. But I've already concluded, long before even the offer came on, that even if it does it's still not worth it.
10 for £3.00. Then 6 for £3 + 4 full price 68p vs 6 for £3 + 4 full price 68p elsewhere = £5.72 vs £5.72. Is just 57p:( off £3. Is £2.43 (or thereabouts) for 10 Mullers. Or 24.28p:eek: each.
Are there any 6 pack Mullers way better?:)0
