yup this is a good deal http://www.scan.co.uk/products/kyocera-ecosys-colour-laser-printer-p7035cdn-35ppm
now perhaps you might give a hint to your budget , and the number of pages being printed in colour/monochrome per week etc0 -
Laserjet is expensive and produces lower quality results than inkjet, but they are great if you print out a lot of pages. Consumer grade inkjet printers are ALL terrible. You simply will not find one that works properly, not one. They do not exist, you'll have more luck hunting for the Loch Ness monster.0

Not really, page for page they will beat many inkjets.and produces lower quality results than inkjet,
Depends what you are printing, an inkjet will very beat a good laser for text.Consumer grade inkjet printers are ALL terrible. You simply will not find one that works properly, not one. They do not exist, you'll have more luck hunting for the Loch Ness monster.
A huge generalisation, there are a good number of consumer inkjets and lasers that produce very good results.Lol - sorry. Max 150 ish. Pages printed is not industrial scale. Kids homework mostly
Have a look at a cheap laser, you'd be at a level where a small laser would start to make sense, as an added benefit you prints won't run if they get a little damp.0 -

If only.. I must have bought more than a dozen printers over the years, and every one has been a malfunctioning pile of plastic. I've got a b&w SP100e laser printer, and at less than £25 I cant complain, it mostly works most of the time but it's a bit glitchy and freezes every time on start up - opening and closing the cover usually gets it going.
I'd love to find an inkjet printer that works, but no amount of care and maintenance makes any difference, and nor as far as I can tell does using "genuine" ink rather than generic or refill.0 -
I expect everyone's experience of printers varies. Mine is that inkjet printers are OK while working but all go wrong with one thing or another after a few years.
However, some that work well are fairly inexpensive now. Our HP Envy 5532 wireless scanner/printer cost about £90-00 and works well. Had it for about 18 months now. A Canon printer we had cost £250 and it went wrong sooner than that. Wouldn't pay more than £100 for a printer for that reason. Keep the cost low and perhaps expect to buy a new one once in a while.
There is another option for printing colour photos in the home. This is a Dye-Sub printer. We've had a Canon Selphy ES1 for years now. This prints straight from the camera. Photos can be edited to a degree as well (zoom in and crop). Postcard size prints work out at 28 Pence each but the quality is generally better than and inkjet printer gives.
Another option to look into anyway.Error! - Keyboard not attached. Press any key to continue.0 -
The Canon Pixma range are often in best buy charts - I have one and would recommend.0
