OP, I feel your pain - from experience I know being burgled is nasty - and I'm sorry to sound harsh, but I do think you are clutching at straws to a certain extent.
What with the fact that your vendor's EA left the details on Right Move and now the FENSA cert issue, both of which you seem to believe were contributory factors in your recent burglary, I feel you are in danger of letting this incident (albeit a horrid one) take over your life and mar your enjoyment of your new home......
If I were you, I'd put it behind you and get on with life in your new home.....sorry xMortgage-free for fourteen years!
