I too "Had email today to say sorry as you have already had a trial subscription you are unable to have one at this time but you can have a £33.80 if you want." but got first issue, so wondering rachie_cakes how you swung it 3 times.

I got Radio Times 12 issues for £1 this Christmas and last Christmas, but they must have finally sussed me!

However, I used a different email address to send a trial to my Mum at a different address but using my name and address as billing and, have had a confirmation email without any cancellation so far.

Did you use different email addresses?

I just had the £10.10 on TCB from 2x trials for me in the South East and my mum in Wales show as "payable" today, so just withdrew it to paypal.
I did the same around Xmas time, 2x free trials, but forgot TCB. I think I did one for myself about a year before that. I cancelled the DD about a month before the 12 weeks were up each time I think.

I wonder what the conditions are for it working multiple times?

I rang Immediate Media Co. who handle the subscription for Radio Times and they told me I had to cancel my Direct Debit with them even though the £1 offer had been refused. They also advised that I have to cancel the DD with my Bank too, so be warned.
Do TCB cancel the payout immediately - I will have to go in and withdraw it if so
