Hoping someone will be able to offer a confused person advice

I have been a virgin customer for the past 12 yrs, so don't know anything about sky, my costs with Virgin are getting ridiculous, so I managed to get a sky code, my question is what is the best way to go about this...my landline, tv, broadband is all through Virgin, do I change it all on the one phone call or do I do it separately then use top cash back sites etc?

I think I would want the family tv package to get sky Atlantic and box sets. For broadband I would need unlimited as I work from home

Really appreciate any advice you can offer as not sure I fully understand "sky"
