BT Sport tempts me to stream illegally

To that extent it is technically 'free' as it is not itemised as a cost on my bill, but it is still a service that has to be paid for by my bill. But then again it's the same 'free' if you have Infinity broadband and BT TV - then it only costs more if you want HD.

See, I wouldn't feel disgruntled that I was paying for something in this situation, simply because whether or not I use this service, I'm paying the same. I can't ask for a reduction on my bill because I don't watch BT Sport. It's just there, just like you don't get a reduction in your line rental if you make no calls. There are all sorts of hidden costs in life. I suspect the maintenance and purchase of new supermarket trolleys is embedded somewhere in the price I pay for food but I don't feel I'm not getting my money's worth when one's got a squeaky wheel.
