    :T Well done on the £100 o/p - well into your 63's now :D

Just a thought, but if you want to keep costs down re driveway, etc, then you could try Gumtr33, my brother got all the bricks (not sure what you call them) and slabs he needed from there, but still hasn't done anything with them.

ohh thanks ill take a look im going to see how much a few driveway firms charge as iv done the clearing/digging now its a nice job someone may fancy doing at a good price iv priced it up myself at around £400/500 doing it myself so dont mind paying a touch more for the less hassle

    Thanks guys :]

Looks like the garage idea may not happen this year as it could cost best part of 10k to get garage up and drive/gates ground work ect ect

So will be getting few prices/ideas over the next few weeks but im not up for spending 10k out of the EF for something i dont actually need if you get me

So if this doesn't happen i will bring my mortgage down to 59999k so either way something is happening hehe

That is a bit pricey to say the least. But you could lay the foundations (so to speak) by doing it in stages.

Plan 'B' sounds good to me :D Great number, very tempting :D
