Flight delay of 8 hours

I was delayed for over 8 hours also treat really portly be our representative. And I have have put a claim in for compensation to thomas cook airlines which was rejected. I kept at them but no joy. So went to CAA ( civil aviation authority ) which they said the can't help me with my claim. I now have to go through NEB but it's all in spanish! Need help
