Question for the mods/admin

Hello.
Just a quick question to anyone in admin who can help me.
I got a couple of warnings last year (October time) after getting into spats with people, and in mid November, I had a bit of a tiff with someone, said something I shouldn't have, and got a 2 week PPR.
I noticed on my profile that there is a label that says 'infractions' and when I click on it, it says 'verbal warning,' then 'yellow card,' then 'red card,' and on the red card, it says 'expires on 17/02/15 (or thereabouts.)
My question is ... as the 'infraction' list says that the red card expires on 17/02/15, does this mean that I won't get banned if I 'say the wrong thing' again in say 2 or 3 months? Basically, will the 'disciplinary' procedure restart?
I just wondered this, as I have been worried about getting a permanent ban if I say the wrong thing, and consequently, I haven't been posting a lot. I am not saying I intend to be rude or provocative, but I sometimes get a bit tired of being afraid to speak, in case I say the 'wrong thing' or several members don't like what I say, and report me, and I get banned.
I mean, if you got a warning for something at work, or if you have a driving offence, it would drop off your record after six or twelve months or so; so is this the same principle, or will I get banned the next time I am 'naughty' even if my 'infractions' have dropped off many months back?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Peter,
We judge each report we receive on a case by case basis so we do take into account the fact that reports have dropped off, or recent behavior in the forum.
Thanks

Thanks Megan! Good to know.
Sorry for the delay in responding. I did log in on Tuesday after I had posted this, and saw your reply. I meant to respond, and then someone came to the door, and I shut my laptop, and then I forgot! And I have been off the site since then.
Very sorry...
Thanks again!You didn't, did you? :rotfl::rotfl:0
