Need to remember to change all addresses so note to self  ;) I need to phone up barclayard to change address but I think I will leave card open until after mortgage application. My utilisation on the credit cards is nothing /zero so don't suppose it matters to keep it open. Nothing else today just frog jobs. Nothing on for weekend but had the ebay seller deal of £1 so might do some more selling. Could use the extra income as paid insurance up front for a year as it was cheaper. My last pay due seems a long way off in three weeks!
Still heard nothing from the gov about whether anything is owed or not and starting to lose the plot even solicitor is avoiding me lol.
Had enough of getting bits for Xmas now I forget how exhausting gift buying is.

    Yay for the clear card!
Have you considered keeping it locked up somewhere for emergencies? I have a friend who does the 'card in a block of ice in the freezer' thing, and only pulls it for broken appliances/plumbing emergencies, etc.

Going through my wardrobe and trying to capsule it - although I must assess the colours as it's all a bit odd.

  • So Flats gone just waiting on deposit return - hopefully I will hear Monday.
Applied for loads more jobs as income to drop to 400. Still no closer test date still looking at middle December but will keep trying.
Not really much to put on ebay or the fact that I've lost all enthusiasm for it.
No news yet on my Scion duvet order from very. Washings all done despite crap weather.
Xmas present shopping pretty much done - I've just got to stop now. May attempt the wrapping soon.
Got no cards or gifts for plus ones family yet but I will leave that to last minute as be chocs etc.
I need slippers (I think) need to bin my others although I do have a lot of slipper socks but not great for outside.
Do need to wash my trainers though.
Might have another clear out of clothes and shoes save a bit of decision fatigue.
    Will update financials this weekend.

  • Well done being on top of the washing. It is so wet mine is just piling up.
I now what you mean re decision fatigue. I always focus on more space when decluttering and forget that it lessens decision fatigue.
    Christmas shopping nearly done??? Wow!

  • Great news about the car. Do you have anyone to sit beside you so you can practice in it?
One less thing to worry about with the flat gone.
You have done fantastic for Christmas, I still have just the one jigsaw for DS 🤣
My washing pile is HUGE! Hate the wet weather when it can't go outside. Whatever can go in the dryer is but then the rest has to wait for space on the airer. I'm ready for summer already.
    Have a lovely weekend.
