Just catching up. Hope you're feeling better now. We all seem to have a bit of a bug here too.
Well done on the sales, that's a great amount.
That was a huge list but you seem to have got through it all.
Hope a closer test comes up for you. There may be cancellations come up with people having to isolate.

Thank you DIA and Charlie's tribe for your posts.
Seem so stressed, have resigned myself to the fact I am now a stress head. 😂
Hopefully this time next week things will be more sorted. I have a lot on next week and property 1 will be no longer my problem from end Oct. Property 2 I must get on the market in November (?) as I'm trying to space out the stress I think I'm going to market as is. Property 3 we are living in and me officially from next Thursday 😁 seeming to spend forever on the phone sorting tax, insurance and all those sorts of things and just made more stressful by the fact it is nearly impossible to get through to a lot of places as everyone's working from home again. No ones fault but frustrating all the same.
Can't believe I will have ended up moving 3 times in just over a year with a 4th to come next year.

Pay week. Just paid off my Credit card balance and its about £12 in credit so I've cocked up somewhere. Have £29 spare in PayPal so both will be used towards Xmas present money.
Plus one I'm declaring him as done.
Brother declaring as done
Brothers wife ( done - regifting so cheating really)
Niece - an on going project as this will be a big bundle of clothing so I will get bits as I see them - spend to date here needs adding up.
Plus one family x 3 not yet started.
So need to rebudget only did this last week and its gone to pot already

Great news about the house. Although it might be stressful for the next couple of months, It'll be a lot less stress for you once its sold.
You're doing well with Christmas. Ive got nothing other than the jigsaw. I always start with good intentions of starting early and still end up shopping (and wrapping) Christmas eve.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

I do admire your ability to stay on top of three properties. I can barely manage one.

Just catching up with you diary. Hope you're feeling better these days!
I'm impressed with all that property juggling. And the Christmas shopping! You're so far ahead! All we've bought so far is a few packs of festive snacks. We don't usually spend a lot during the holidays but should still start getting organized.

I admit to a rubbish clear today
at the rented prop 1, so pleased that all gone, hopefully I won't have any issues getting my deposit back. Plus one has agreed to take me back to read the meters etc in a few weeks so that will be easier than 2 trains. I have to pick up the hoover and kettle anyways so saves me looking like a lunatic on the train.
Train fare, Dentist and rubbish clear so I've spent a lot this week. Next week I will rebudget and will watch the pennies. Organised for Xmas to take the pressure off and mainly to spread out the cost it's the wrapping it I fail at.
1 more day of frog type jobs and then I can breathe.
Treated myself to a jumper and cardigan (CS) so was only £4 on me.
I did save a whopping £125 on insurance and which is just crazy.

So rubbish weather today and look like a student drying stuff all over the place not great. Oh how I miss my dryer (life to short) applied for 3 new jobs and literally just praying to get something back
More practice driving tomorrow as the test is yonks away yet. Looked at a few cars online but didn't look any further than that. Tried the mse credit club credit report thingy. I don't know if to close the old barclaycard I have, but didn't know how this would affect any mortgage applications so fir now I've just left it as is. I might do some reading up and phone them up tomorrow. No longer have the card (cut it up long ago) so it's going to be a rigaromole for them to find me I'm sure
