Birthday decorations for 4year old boy

My son is 4 next month. He likes Thomas and Friends, Cars, Fireman Sam etc. Wondred if anyone can suggest where I could get some birthday party decorations and bunting with any of these themes.

Check out poundshops too. Even if they don't have all the specific characters you might be able to get decorations in the right colours which will then only need jazzing up with a few things specific to your character

Partyworld is a good company I've used before. We have fabric bunting that comes out every year then my son or daughter chooses their theme, I get 1-2 bits in that theme/character (balloons and cups and party bags) and then buy plain colours that match the theme to make up the bulk.
