Well done on the OP, and I hope viewings go well!
Very exciting about the confirmed plan to move, even if you don't get the house you offered (fingers crossed for that though).

Just as with your MFW goals you don't hang about do you!! Congrats on all fronts (other than the nightmares).
Our DS1 has nightmares though not very often now. at one stage it was several times a week. His grandma bought him a dream catcher and read him a book/story about them. And I must say the psychological effect was phenomenal and they reduced markedly. Worth a try?MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
Oh my word! Congratulations!
On the baby's nightmares, have a bit of a research about cranial osteopathy: http://www.netmums.com/coffeehouse/baby-794/babies-birth-12-months-58/692318-cranial-osteopathy-babies-experiences-advice-please-all.html
Of course, you have to go to someone highly recommended, its your baby, after all! The feedback on that thread is great.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

SJ - No we don't hang about, ever. DH and I are big believers in making your life the very best it can be on all fronts and take every opportunity there is to be grabbed. This is now THE house, the forever home, and its so exciting.
Plans are still in motion to pay house off in the same time frame, with a view to retiring at 40. Plans are mainly in my head and need to be dumped on paper to hopefully help me relax a little!
Take care all, ATB xMFW
