Hello. Have Sky basic package + Movies + Multiroom + HD which costing over £60 per month and considering movies are pretty poor at moment starting to think about either going to BT or something else. Quick question though. Got Sky HD plus boxes x 2. If I cancel Sky contract for both or maybe just multi room what would I be able to watch on the boxes? Am I right in assuming all the record and store functions would no longer work?

If you search for Freesat from Sky you will get a rough idea of what you can watch.Am I right in assuming all the record and store functions would no longer work?
Yep no record or live pause functions.0 -
Pull the card and see0

Neither answer is right - but jem16 is right that you won't be able to record, or watch anything that you've already recorded.
Pulling the card out means losing the encrypted channels - leaving the card in after subscription ends, puts you onto 'freesatfromsky' which you'll hear other people talking about buying a £25 card for - you've already got that card, don't pay for another!
Channels you'll get are here:

So what was wrong with the rest of my answer?Channels you'll get are here:

Unfortunately that list is a bit out of date which is why I said a "rough idea" if you look at Freesat from Sky.0 -
Sorry Jem16 I must have thought you were talking about 'Freesat' rather than 'freesatfromsky' - read it too fast.
What's out of date about Sky's list - surely they would get in trouble if they were selling something they don't provide?0 -

I have no idea - only going by what I was told in this post.
