EE retention anyone?

Hi all. My contract with EE is coming up to an end in 1 month. Has anyone been offered any retention deals from them before?

thanks

Not with EE, but I have had a couple quid chipped off Tesco prices (currently got free broadband!), after being with them for 2nd renewal..

always check what you're using, call / data wise, (and the cost) against other providers, before calling to see what comparable 'deals' EE have, to 'keep' you!

maybe ask if they are offering 'x' (free local calls? voicemail? etc) for loyal customers..? mention, if applicale, that 'y' supplier is doing such deal, will they match..?
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

my point is, it all depends on what you are now paying, I pay £16 for phone and BB, if you are paying more than that, then you can haggle, if paying less then probably no point asking.
  • no point then. :( going to switch to sky. Thanks for your all your help.
