TopCashback log in problems

I can't log in to TopCashback. I've contacted them by e-mail and even been given a reference number for my query but no-one has ever replied to my concern or solved the problem. What to do?

As you have already done , post in the topcashback thread but wait for a reply as it's the weekend and they work office hours

I couldn't log in during the early hours, and although I could get an automated password reset link that didn't work, then at lunchtime today it was fine. Haven't tried since.

Where's the TCB thread? Please pretty please a link?
