It is very overlooked, that would put me off I am afraid. Could you put up some type of screening to mitigate that?
  • I've been interested to see what people said about this! The housing market in Sale has gone bonkers with (in my opinion) greedy sellers and EA's (I'm looking, but for a house)

I agree with it being overlooked etc but its hard to escape that in sale unless you have a decent sized budget! and i think its pretty much the 'norm'. I think its more to do with it being a flat and the road it is on - that is a busy road particually in rush hour. It could be frustrating with the nearby school and zebra crossing. Nothing you can change there unfortunately, and it is more 'sale moor' than 'sale'.

There has been 4 2 bed terraces down my street in Sale centre that have recently been sold for anything from 149,999 (advertised prices). My point being, if i was buying within that budget they are much better investments (for landlords or buyers) than yours could be seen to be.

That being said it is a 'nice' flat, nothing 'wrong' with it as such. Could you consider putting it to 'offers over' 135,000? Makes it much more competitive compared to the cheaper terraces in sale moor or other flats around? would catch your attention more.

Good luck, I hope a buyer comes along soon.
