So we're sitting on a small loss, but [STRIKE]some crazy fools[/STRIKE] market sentiment wants to pay us 5% over the odds for that.

Unless you want to sell right now, it's the NAV that matters not the premium.

Allowing that I (probably) won't sell it just now, as that would be impatient, this has certainly been my best investment for the last couple of months - up 12% or so.

It's all froth though. It'll be interesting to see how the premium holds up over the next few months/years.

Now that it's in ( or about to be ? ) the FTSE 250, then certain trackers will be forced to buy it which will have been pushing up the demand
