Are you sure Archi? I know my account was showing as if I had been given my full application amount last week (and it still does), but there's this:
http://ipo.tddirectinvesting.co.uk/ipo/woodford.htm
Having increased the fundraising target of £200m to £500m and then to a new upper limit of £800m, Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) has raised the maximum sum it was seeking in its initial public offering (IPO), making it the largest ever UK domiciled investment company launch. The IPO proved extremely popular and was oversubscribed. Applications have been scaled back by less than 10%, in accordance with the terms set out in the Prospectus.
TD Direct Investing has allocated shares on a pro-rata basis across all customer applications in line with the allocation it received from Winterflood Securities Limited (the Sponsor and Placing Agent) in consultation with WPCT. All customer applications have been met at 90.1551% of the amount applied for, rounded down to the nearest whole share.
WPCT shares will be allocated to accounts by 8am on 21 April 2015 when the stock begins trading on the London Stock Exchange. We will refund un-invested cash balances as soon as we receive the money from Capita Asset Services (the Receiving Agent), expected to be within the next 10 days.0 -
I applied through AJ Bell and got 90.1533% of what I applied for.0

On Fidelity I have:
08/04/2015 Switch in: £4901.41 completed
20/04/2015 Conversion Out units=4418.87, amount=£0.00 completed
21/04/2015 Switch Out: units=482.54 amount=£482.54 positioned
So looks like I got 90.155% of what I applied for too.0 -

Hmh, not, now that you say, I am not sure. Though as of right now, 20:44, my TD Direct account looks as if I had 100% of my request as my entire balance is on the Woodford Patient Fund and it looks as if I could sell all of it. But of course that is not soWPCT shares will be allocated to accounts by 8am on 21 April 2015 when the stock begins trading on the London Stock Exchange. We will refund un-invested cash balances as soon as we receive the money from Capita Asset Services (the Receiving Agent), expected to be within the next 10 days.
Still, I am very happy with 90%+0 -

Interesting, I have something similar.
In my ISA account view it shows on 17/4, I have 3,000 units at £1.00 with a value of £3,000.
If I click on the drop-down menu to "view transactions", it shows the following:
30/3 - Switch in 3,000 units, price £1.00, amount £3,000, status "completed"
20/5 - conversion out 2,704.65, price £0.00, amount £0.00, status "completed"
21/5 - Switch out, 295.35 units, price £1.00, value £295.35, status "positioned"
£2,704.65 is 90.155% of £3,000.(Nearly) dunroving0 -
On Fidelity I have also 90.155% of the amount invested. It's a bit messy though to have a small cash sum of £493 parked in a cash ISA for investment in something else as my Patient Capital IT is invested through Fidelity and the remainder of my substantial portfolio through Cavendish. What are others in the same boat doing?Take my advice at your peril.0
