yes, I have and significantly (unless I get cut back due to demand). I take a long-term view and am very patient :)

I have dumped cash into my ISA account meaning the purchase will come from my 2014/2015 allowance.

  • Still not sure TBH.

I like Woodford a lot, but I already have around 13% of my portfolio in his Income fund, so part of me thinks I've placed enough eggs in his basket.
  • Only invest what you can afford to lose, someone told me. I did a well paid contract, so chucked £1000 into the fund for the long-term.

I mentioned it before on here, but it's worth having a look to see if you can find Mr Woodford on the BBC's Hard Talk programme where he explains, in simple terms, the outline for this fund. It was after that (in fact I watched it in a hotel room in Brussels) that I decided to invest.

    Nudge, nudge, say no more.
  • I don't know what other people think but I like Neil Woodford. When I see him talking I feel comfortable that he is a man I would trust with my money. Unfortunately, he doesn't sound very optimistic for equities over the next 3 to 5 years but I think I may invest the non Cash ISA part of my available funds this year in his 2 funds.
