Sky charging for taking payment by debit card

    Some other ISPs charge even more -for instance Plusnet charge £2.50 for payment by card !!!!!

  • Like I say. You were informed that the cost would apply, so i cant see why you are complaining. It is a bit like being told that a 50p surcharge will be added to card payments in a cafe, agreeing and then complaining.

    No, I was not.
    I was not charged by BEUnlimited, and I was not informed by Sky that a charge would apply after I was transferred over, and not given the opportunity to switch to direct debit.
