Does it matter that the tv was fixed though when it broke first time does this then switch to Samsung to rectify
If it was repaired under warranty then no it doesnt - because the warranty formed part of the contract at the time of sale and as a consumer you cannot contract out of your statutory rights.You keep using that word. It was repaired under warranty by Samsung who Littlewoods told me I had to use, as they said it was a manufacturers fault.0
