    If it was repaired under warranty then no it doesnt - because the warranty formed part of the contract at the time of sale and as a consumer you cannot contract out of your statutory rights.

    It was repaired under warranty by Samsung who Littlewoods told me I had to use, as they said it was a manufacturers fault.
