If so, then the tracking info showing that the goods have been returned, together with that email, should be enough for a chargeback - agreed refund not processed.0 -
Every page on that website screams "fake".

The insoles do not apply to any promotional activities.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive you soon from time you receive email shipping confirmation.
I wonder why you typed OFFICIAL in your OP0 -
My daughter has rang her bank this afternoon and they are going to look into it.
robatwork, sorry that was my fault i copied and pasted from the wrong website in the op.
wealdroam, she did email them explaining that they had sent her the wrong charms and that she was returning them for a refund but she told me they never answered any of her emails.
Thanks for all your replies.0 -
There isn't a chargeback for counterfeit goods.
Yes there is.
This one is for Barclays Visa cards, and as the OP paid with a Visa debit, it should apply.

Not as described or defective merchandise – the
cardholder is stating that the service/goods that they
received were either defective, counterfeit or not what
was originally described to them by the merchant.
There are similar options (using the goods not as described by retailer or questionable merchant activity) on the Mastercard and Maestro chargebacks0 -
