Hi,Just wondered if anyone could offer advice please.
Daughter bought some discount charms from OFFICIAL Pandora Jewellery UK Online Outlet.
There was no communication from them when trying to track items being sent. Eventually they turned up ..from china...on opening the package they hadnt sent any of the ones she had ordered not only that but in comparison to her other charms bought from the shop here they are not the real thing.
She emailed the online outlet and said she was returning them and wanted a refund. She returned them by tracking and can see that they have signed for them back they have now deleted her and she cannot log back in.
There isnt anyone you can talk directly to and they dont reply to messages.
What can we do if anything?
thanks in advance

Can't you try contacting another official Pandora outlet and asking for advice?
How did you pay for the goods? If it was a credit card you could look into a chargeback...0 -
What website did she order from?
How much did she pay and what payment method did she use?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

I can't find an "official" Pandora outlet site, just one which looks like the Pandora site but none of the useful links work, ie terms, shipping, about us.
Can you provide a link to the site used as I suspect that you have bought from a fake site, in which case your recourse is going to lie with your bank/credit card provider.0 -
im also voting for fake chinese siteEx forum ambassador

I only had to see 2 things to know it is a "fake" site.
The email address on the contact us page is a Gmail account.
They give you free Tiffany earrings if you spend about eighty quid :rotfl: (Tiffany do not sell on any site or in any store other than their own and a handful of in store concessions, and there isn't a single pair of earrings they sell which cost as little as eighty pounds)
Your daughter needs to contact her bank and both of you need to be a lot more cautious about what websites you buy from if you seriously thought that this site was an "official" one.0 -
Unfortunately they are not on the list of authorised online sellers

Yes I totally agree LilElvis
Myself a cautious person ... but daughter
lesson learned.
Many thanks0 -

Ask her bank to do a chargeback to try and recover the funds as shes been sent fake goods.
Some banks argue about being willing to do one but they should if you stand your grounds and complain.
A chargeback isnt automatically going to be successful though.0 -

There isn't a chargeback for counterfeit goods.0
