Estate agent unhappy about is not using their solicitors

    The EA were giving assurances to both me and the vendor that had no foundation at that time. Perhaps it's easier for them to mislead then to say we actually don't know when the sale will be completed !?


    The EA had recommended a solicitor/conveyancer to the vendor and the conveyancer would take weeks to answer my solicitor's questions. This dragged the whole thing far, far longer than was necessary.
